Alanna Landers

Alanna Landers was the External Vice-Auditor of the 157th Session and was a member of the Special Projects Committee during the 155th Session.

Alanna hails from the small village of Dundrum in Co. Tipperary and came to University College Cork in 2004. She decided to study Arts and kept English and Classics as her degree subjects. Currently she is in her fourth and final year of study.

Alanna is an Accommodation Manager in the Department of Transport and Hospitality for Cork Worlds 2009.

She represented UCC at the World Universities' Debating Championships 2006 in Dublin.
She is the winner of the 2006 UCC Philosophical Society Mace (partner: Tiernan Fitzgibbon).
She is a semi-finalist of the Irish Times Debating Competition 2006/2007 as an individual.
She is a quarter-final adjudicator in the European Universities' Debating Championships 2007.
